Skillz founded 432 Entertainment with his partner, Rob Cavallo. Cavallo is best known as a record producer and music business executive. Together they are bringing the best and most fascinating new artists to the world. Whether it be Pop, Hip-Hop or Rock they continue to forage an unparalleled level of support to their artists so that they may always feel they can do their best work. 

In 2018, Skillz and Cavallo brought their entertainment venture to Capitol Records. There, the production duo signed Horne as a recording artist.
